Rates
Rates are in Euro, including VAT and end cleaning (and including water & energy).
Tourist taxes are EUR 1,95 per person, per night.
Basics for the first day(s) like coffee, tea, toilet paper and garbage bag are there.
There are already clean sheets on the mattresses.
If you book a weekend with arrival on Friday and leave on Sunday, you are allowed to stay till 18.00 h. on Sunday, but you pay only for 2 nights.
Costs extra person, per night are EUR 7,50 incl. VAT. Only possible upon request.

On the booking form you can choose the following options:

Minimum stay
7 June - 30 September 2022: minimum of 7 nights.
From 30 September 2022 - Eastern 2023: minimum of 2 nights (excl school holidays).
Autum holiday (14 October - 30 October 2022), Winter holiday (23 December 2022 8 January 2023), Spring holiday (17 February - 5 March 2023) and May holiday (28 April - 7 May 2023): minimum of 4 nights.
From Easter (7 April 2023) - Pentecost (29 May 2023): minimum of 3 nights (excl May holiday).
From 30 May 2023 - 30 September 2023: minimum of 7 nights.
